  1. OK - so I have to know. Did she walk into it?

  2. Love those big beautiful spider webs...I once saw a woman's craft where she spray painted the web silver then came up from behind and captured it on black velvet, then she would frame them and sell the captured webs. A web is an engineering feat of beauty, but I don't like to walk into one unaware either.

    Happy sewing

  5. Oh my goodness, does that expression on her face mean she walked right into that big web? Sorry, but that was funny! Cool web too.

  7. Did you see the picture of the web on my facebook page? We caught the spider yesterday. It was huge! Gotta take some pictures tomorrow. That web is pretty massive. Glad she didn't walk into it.

  9. Heeeheeeheee.. typical of most children's responses. But this is the time of year for wee spidies to come on out. Help keep the skeeter pop down.. then they help feed the bats and birds for the winter.. what a great chain of life!

Have you gotten your apples yet?

    Enjoy the day!

  13. We have huge garden spiders here that refuse to stay in the garden. I don't mind spiders but those make my skin crawl...
    Lovely web, tree and child!

  17. That's awesome. We had a very large hideous spider living outside out living room window, my son and hubby fed it daddy longlegs and grasshoppers all summer long, and now it has disappeared. They're both awfully sad, but I don't mind, and am looking forward to getting rid of that nasty web!! It looks much nicer on the tree lol

  20. Those big spider webs are really beautiful when they catch the dew and the sun. On the other hand, I understand exactly how your daughter feels. :-)
