When I dreamed this quilt up in my mind I used the photo and color palette below from Design Seeds as my inspiration. Cool blues, whites and the warm pop of orange. And of course the round float on the sea.
I quilted it with loose loops and bound it in a pop of corally red.
This quilt is my entry for both the Quilt Challenge Throwdown over on Flickr and for Amy's Blogger's Quilt Festival.
And I happen to love it.

I love this quilt so much. It's vibrant and lovely. I really do like the way you have made the colours work together and the binding is my favourite. I do love a little unexpected zing in the binding!
