Mmmm, loves me some kale! Made a delicious salad for Thanksgiving out of that kind of kale =-)

do you have a permanent structure hoop house? We are thinking of putting one up next year to extend our season (western NY) but have to worry about snow, too. We've looked at some plans online and will spend the winter planning it out.
