Adventure racing man

Razor spent 12 hours adventure racing yesterday at the Western Carolina Adventure Race.


We didn't go watch him finish for several reasons:

1) Too far away
2) 105 degree temperature
3) Mosquitoes
4) Other various and assorted biting, scratching and poisonous pleasantries found at and around the finish line.

But, hey, listen up! They placed 3rd overall!! Second place in the co-ed division. There were 42 teams and my smoochies placed 3rd! Way to go smoochie-doops! Oh, em... I mean . . . Way to go you RUGGED, STRONG, VERILE, WALL-OF-PURE-MUSCLE MAN you!! You guys rocked. Pretty soon Eco-Challenge is going to be calling at all hours of the day and night and banging on our door trying to get you to participate in their race.

All kidding aside, I'm so very proud of you. I'm proud of you for competing well. And, I'm proud of you for chasing your dreams and teaching our daughters that anything is possible.

Sheesh. Maybe I should go workout or something.
