Breakin' free

Lately, I've been in the greenhouse constantly. Now I'm patiently waiting for seedlings to break free from their seed coats.

And some of the plants that over wintered there have already begun to break free from their pots.

We too will be breakin' free. The girls and I are headed to Savannah, Georgia for spring break. Mom, Step-Dad, Brother and Sister-in-Law all live there. And, Dad and Step-Mom will be there for the week too. I've contemplated blogging while there but have decided to live it instead of write about it. Beach going, Low Country Boil eating, pond fishing, lounging and loving all on the agenda. Razor won't be with us because he'll be doing his own sort of breakin. . . finishing the kitchen remodel. (And in terms of the kitchen, I'm using breakin' figuratively. Let's hope anyway. Ahem.)

I'll be back in about a week with photos to share and stories to tell.

I hope you've had a super time! So, how do I move the playlist ? It covers up part of your post and I can't get it to move. And that just won't do, to only read half a post.

As I know you like quilting, thought I'd pass on this contest happening for some fun tye-dyes quilt squares. :)

Hi Dana-

I'm so glad you stopped by my blog, and left such a sweet comment. I love your blog. Believe me with all the beautiful quilts you've made, I'm sure you'll have NO problem making the Bento Box quilt. I hate cutting too. That's my least favorite part. I'm working on my Bento Box, and a scrap quilt at the same time. Hopefully I'll get them both finished in a timely manner. LOL! Be sure and leave a link on the Mr. Linky box on my blog so we can see your Bento Box quilt progress. Have a great week!
