My weekend in red
The warm sunny weekend was heaven on earth. Though as I passed through my days I was struck with the contrast of the season. Warm days that feel like spring. But blasts of cold that remind me it is still officially winter.
The poinsettia's red glare = winter

Cherry tomatoes = longing for summer
Hot tea = yep, still winter.

We've been enjoying nice warm temps in the 70's here, but, just to remind us Spring isn't here quite yet, we are dropping back down to the 40's later in the week!
This weekend was full of perfect clear blue skies, chilly but the sun made everything bearable. Woke up this morning to a few inches of snow, icy roads, and chilly floors. I'm longing for the spring too.
75 degrees + sun + walks outside = happy.
Maybe this will get me through the last little blast of cold I'm sure we're in for.....
it is hot here..we have turned on the air.
Warm & sunny here - got out and played in the dirt a bit this afternoon! :)
