The great outdoors

Five families.  Nine adults.  Nine kids.  Gloves.  Hats.  Coats.  Hot chocolate.  A beer or two.

Enough food to feed an army.

Spectacular views.

Freezing temperatures.

Barking dogs.  Tree climbing children.  Food cooking and dish washin' parents.

Hiking trails.  Red, yellow and orange.

Sunrise on the opposite site of camp.

Elk.  Rutting season.  Bugling.

Hoot owls.  Yellow jackets.

Caravanning.  Discussing fire and wood.  And deer skin quilts.  Laughing.  Teasing.  Harmonica playing.  Flame staring.  Coffee drinking.  Bacon eating.  Lounging.
Dairy Queen.

LOL "enough food to feed an army" ... well, 9 adults and 9 kiddo's - doesn't that constitute a small army! Great time! Thanks for sharing with us :)
