My weekend was:
sleepovers (yes more than one)
bonfires
hot dogs
s'mores
hot tubbing
planting bulbs
apple pie
sewing
laundry
walking
and realizing how close Christmas is.
Even my plants are telling me it is nearing Christmas time.
And I haven't made a single gift. Nor purchased one.
Uh. Oh.

You are not alone... me neither....:-)
I have exactly 2 things. You know Christmas is only like 39 day away...plenty of time.
your christmas cactus is beautiful! and this year i have decided to go mostly handmade and i've quite a stash! yay!
I've said it before and I'll say it again, I bet your so much fun to hang out with. Your weekend sounds so fun! Oh my poor Christmas cactus's, I'm not sure what's wrong with them. I've had them for years but now they are looking really sad. Yours looks beautiful.
Beautiful Christmas cactus. I used to always have one, because my mom always did and I remember them my whole life...I think I will see if I can find one this year, it would make things seem more like "old times." I have a few things bought, am planning to make a couple, plus I make my cards...I guess it is time to get serious! =-)
With that kind of weekend activity, when could you have shopped or made anything, LOL! I haven't made anything either but did buy a couple of scarves for my girls a few weeks ago. That may be the earliest gift I've ever bought!
I'm doing mostly handmade for Christmas this year too. So far, I've made my list. That has to count for something, right? :)
It's sort of snuck up on us this year! LOL I have a few things, but Urrghhhhh I need more time!
We are in the same boat... and up a creek without a paddle! Yikes - I have about 2 weeks of 'free' time (no classes) when I'll be able to craft before Christmas... I wonder if I'll get ANYTHING done...?
Poop! Every dang year it does this creeping thing! I. Refuse. To. Panic!!!
Not to worry...you still have plenty of time. I was reminded today by a 10 year old that it is exactly 39 days until Christmas, but who is counting?

Hahahaha....hot tubbing!;)
I'm scared that Christmas is so close! I had such big plans for things to make a couple of months ago. Now reality is setting in!
I had a slight panicy moment about a week ago and now I think I have a plan. If I can just find the time. I'm not so good at pulling all nighters like I used to. I have huge ambition to make many gifts. Wish me luck as I wish you a wonderful holiday season.
I started a quilt for my brother-in-law last year knowing we had his name for this Christmas. It is still in rows -- top is not even finished. And I have not purchased or made anything yet either. Yikes! I'm finishing the top now to keep my panic down to a minimum. Love that your garden is still producing . . . um, produce. :)
I forgot to plant my bulbs. And I haven't started Christmas either! yikes.
