A finish. A start. A destash - EDITED TO ADD

A new start.  Following the fast churn dash pattern from Amy - Diary of a Quilter.

A finish.  For Grandma Shirley.

Going out in the mail tomorrow!

You know my love and affection for vintage sheets for quilt backs.  Been doing that since 2006 and I don't see an end anytime soon.

Email me at dana at oldredbarnco dot com with questions or to purchase.

Grandma Shirley's quilt is gorgeous! The sheet used for the backing is awesome on it. I know Grandma will love it! I'm trying not to look at the destash very much. Way too much temptation! :) Especially since I'm making a quilt for Christmas with "It's a Hoot".

I am on a fabric diet so hubby doesn't shoot me from the sandbox;)

Love your vintage sheet back. I have tons of sheets and have yet to use them--urrrgghh.

Looooove that vintage sheet on the back! All looks great. Will refrain from further hoarding (but it is hard).

I'm loving your Churn Dash! Thanks so much for the shout out.

Also I'm thoroughly digging Grandma Shirley's quilt and the vintage sheet makes me swoon. I love those suckers - they're so soft and delicious.
