I don't usually have my camera in the car with me. Much less snap photos from the car. But over the last week the trees in my neck of the woods have suddenly changed and the mountainsides are ablaze with color. And it just so happened that one day I DID have my camera for the ride home.
Almost home. You can see the roof and top part of our barn in the above photo. Look at those mountains behind our house. Oooooo-eeeee!
Home sweet home. In glorious autumn splendor.

ReplyDeletePS: Any chance for Halloween photos, too?
it certainly feels like fall!
ReplyDeleteThe leaves here started to change and they are getting prettier every day. Autumn was definitely a perk when I went to college in the mountains. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWe have some pretty trees round here too..wish there was more vibrancy, but we aren't far enough up North. Not complaining though as we didn't have any in AZ! Thanks for sharing this beautiful time of the year!

Beautiful! One of the first years I won't get "out west" to see the colors. :( We have some very pretty stuff here but not quite as nice as yours.
ReplyDeleteLucky girl to have all that gorgeous color surrounding you! And to have those pretty rolling hills is pretty darn awesome. :)
ReplyDeleteOh, Dana!! Pretty pretty pretty. I woke up to a car frozen shut with the rain and then snow that fell yesterday and through the night. Also beautiful but less cheery. lol.
ReplyDeleteVery, very pretty. Autumn colors are so beautiful. We have had the most amazing autumn too with weeks and weeks if deep, glorious colors but we had a storm last week that took off most of the leaves :(
