I had hoped to get the top done, the back pieced and my quilt sandwich made this weekend. Two out of three ain't bad.

Ooooh, pretty. Nicer even than I had imagined, Dana! Good job. I got my blocks finished today, too. Phew!

2 out of 3 is outstanding, especially for big projects!

I forgot to ask, what is the backing? And the binding? I'm just curious!

I just made a bunch of "scrap" (but not wonky) log cabins and I think they turned out pretty bad. Seeing yours, maybe all they need is some white sashing...White sashing makes the world a better place, right?

I only have one block done if that makes you feel any better!

I love this - it's so bright and cheery. I love white sashing too! I'm going to be using it on mine.

Darling dog in the last post, btw. xo

Well now! I think you've gone and pieced my favorite quilt that you've made yet. Seriously. It's beautiful, soulful, cute, and nostalgic, with incredible color and contrast. Well done! I bet you're getting excited about this one.

So pretty! I was hoping fabric I ordered would arrive today...forgetting it's Columbus Day- no mail! (Should have just stuck with white, and I'd be done!! And the white really sets off the colors in yours!)
