Recently overheard

The other day Licious, my seven year old, said:

"Nature sure makes beautiful things."

I replied:

"Yep."

And she continued:

"I mean, nature never gets it wrong."

Smart, smart girl.

And every season gives us new delights! How wonderful for your girls to appreciate that!

Great gift to learn early...nature, being outside, enjoying all the gifts
GOD has given us.......she learns what she sees her family enjoying and appreciating.
Rainy day here in NY with the leaves falling more quickly than I'd like....Fall is truly a spectacle!

Happy Sewing

Moments like that are so wonderful. When you know you've laid a good foundation for your kids to appreciate things and they "get" it. Good job to you and your husband.

Ah, if only the rest of us would remember that so readily and undoubtingly! What a humbling and proud mama moment that must have been.

I'm always amazed at the details God used in creation. They are so intricate as to be fascinating.
