Shiver, shiver freeze

I took the above photos of my injured baby. But only because I knew this was sure to follow. My heart is not made of stone!

P.S. Converse sneakers and blue jeans are not our normal sledding gear. And I use the term "our" very loosely. It was an impromptu sledding adventure. And we made due with what we had. Again, "we" is used very loosely. I think I count as part of the "we" as the official picture taker. Right?

When I saw the first picture I thought they were going to sled down the steps. Now that would hurt.

Official picture taker could be considered as the MOST IMPORTANT part of "we".....Fun pics!!

Funny you mentioned the sneakers: that's the first thing I noticed !! Mind you, living in Canada (Quebec exactly) where the snowfalls average at least 15-20 cm (8-12 inches)when we talk snowstorm, there is no way we could go by with sneakers :) But that makes for very good pictures !!! Ha! ha! Happy Holidays !

I, too, thought they were going to attempt those stairs. That would have been a disaster.

We used to LIVE for the days when we'd have snow like that and could sled down the hill next to the house! We had a row of thorn bushes at the bottom of the hill, took forever for those facial scars to heal! lol

Cute shots, Dana, really great!

My boys would LOVE to be doing that! Come to think of it, so would I. I'll never get used to a hot Christmas. You'd think I would after being in Australia for 20 years, but no.
Happy Holidays to you and yours Dana, hope it's filled to the brim with Joy.

Hahahaaahhaaaa....those pictures made me laugh...not that I'm laughing at her pain but because our daughter did the same thing....she got stuck in town with friends because of the storm and all she had were her jeans and tennis shoes....she brought multiply changes of clothes but didn't bring her snowboots or warm coat...and this is a 22 year old!:)

Razor looks like he had fun too!:)
