It just always, always feels good to get something done. Like this little thing made with a sweater from when my daughters were babies.
Or just a mini quilt to practice my free motion quilting.
Just getting something done, anything done, feels good.

i SOOOO need to finishing SOMETHING! And soon! I'm working on a baby quilt - just 4 big squares for the top.... taking care of a newborn doesn't leave much time for sewing... gotta get back to it! ;-)
I am wondering what machine you use for your free motion quilting. I was using a Brother cs6000, but now I am using a Janome Threadbanger mechanical machine. It is taking some getting used to the noise a mechanical machine makes, but so far I am happy with how it quilts. I want to learn feather stitching.
