The girls and I have been alone for the last week and a half while Razor has been out West. Moab, Utah to be exact.
For the
Checkpoint Tracker National Adventure Racing Championship Race.
And it seems that in addition to his three teammates, hundreds of people voluntarily jumped into the Colorado River at 8:00am. And then kayaked, mountain biked, trekked, traversed, rappelled, ran and navigated for 24+ hours. Straight.
His team took 14th place and was pretty happy with that.
I'm just happy he's home.

I was just north of him a few hours and besides it's WARMER down there.... It's the southern blood in me..... Can't seem to get warm out here!
Glad he found his way home!
Tisha....

you'd never catch me doing it. but it's frickin awesome. razor is cool.
I'm tired just READING about it! What an accomplishment. Must be so great to have him back home :)
Looks like he had fun. Glad he's back home for you. I just had my husband leave for 12 days. I swear I accomplished nothing when he was gone. Made me realize what I already knew and that is I am not meant to be a single mom.
Wow, that sounds like, um, fun.
Yeah that's it... fun.
;)
Wow, he deserves a medal for sure! So glad he's home and safe with you all :) Have a fgantastic weekend Dana!
But they only missed two checkpoints...that's awesome!;)
Glad the man is home safely to his family who definitely missed him...as we did...one day, one day!:)
Your husband is so hardcore! I'm impressed!
Impressive! (Is that one of his teammates in the middle? Ha!)
Oh, he's standing on the arch! I don't know if I could do that. Definitely couldn't do any biking, treking, swimming or other strenuous activities. Congrats on the team finish !
Looks like that one teammate didn't enjoy the adventures as much as the others.
Congrats on his teams very impressive finish and I bet you are glad he's home!
I LOVE Moab.
