Kolaches part deux

So I made kolaches again.

Some blackberry.  Others strawberry rhubarb.  Cause that is the jam I had on hand.

Here's the recipe. . .

Don't say I didn't warn you.

Seriously? Again with the yummy treats? Bad Dana, bad.

Maybe if I tell my kids they're jelly donuts, they'll eat them...

Dana, seriously, did you have to do this to me? Do you not know I need to fit into a dress and be on a stage in 3 weeks? Why would you do this? My waist line, Oh, my poor waist line. Between you and the Pioneer Woman I won't even fit on the stage. Any way thanks for sharing. It looks delicious!

Mmmmm... so, I've had 4 so far. You should have told me that it makes 36 so I could cut it in half! So yummy, thanks!

Yum. I haven't had these for years ... my family is Czech and my mom, grandma and Aunties all used prune and poppyseed fillings (not canned, homemade) that were to die for .... I have them somewhere and I really should get them out .... When I was little I always looked forward to our huge extended family gatherings because there would be many, many Kolachy in many, many flavors ..... I gotta make them again! Thanks so much for the beautiful, yummy post!!! Congrats on doing such a great job!

Hmmmm does it have to be jam or could it be an amazing Marion berry jelly?? I guess I need to work in a baking day somewhere to find out.

My grandma passed down to my mother makes kolaches likely came from my great grandmother. They do a prune or a poppy seed or a cottage cheese/raisin filling and no glaze. I will have to try your recipe.

My Grandma and Aunt make these and they are so good! I believe their recipe is a bit different! I have only made them one time on my own! It is quite a process but so worth it!
Now I really wish I had one with my coffee!
