Oh my!! My husband told one of my quilting friends that she has to apply for a permit before planting zucchini.. it is amazing how they 'procreate'.... like rabbits!!

Ohhhh my. I saw the title of your blog post first thing this morning and my heart skipped a beat. It's weird but I almost feel like your girls are my granddaughters also. That title got me...hahaha. Glad it was squash.

it's either feast or famine with squash for me. Some years they never set fruit and have great leaves and other years I can't find my friends during the summer. They all seem to go on vacation the same time my squash are ready to give away :)

Damn and we can't get our plants to grow! My friend and I have a shared garden plot and something keeps eating the plants. Yes indeed feast or famine. These look lovely.....I sure wish I was your neighbor :0)

Do these freeze well?

Happy Canning

Yes please! Ooops, they're not really going to travel well, I guess I will just have to pray for less rain and some lovely heat to get my plants growing :) But mmmm.... yumm!

Ha ha- it's so true. You get overloaded all at once and then don't have any the rest of the year. :)
