Weekend Making

Our weekend was full of making.

Boo made this video of the early morning events from Saturday.

Then on Sunday each of us was making.

The girls made flutes from discarded trimmings from recent tree cuttings.

Razor made our favorite fall cookies.

And I made made progress on a current project.

Weekends spent making.  My most favorite weekends of all.

A weekend that includes exercise, music, whittling, food, and stitching! Sounds like the best way to spend it!

I love it! Makes me wanna come hang out with you guys for the weekend! I love that video - the second wave with the little kids leading the pack was fun. Love that ending too ;)

How fun to have Razor making cookies and the girls make flutes! Flutes?! So cool. Weekends are the bestest!

How lovely.

Our weekend was so busy it made me so tired.

Now I need to start cross stitching and quilting and block making and calgon, take me away? lol

The tease of what you are making is just that--teasing.

Enjoy.

Congratulations on making the finals over at Amy's don't forget to remind everyone to vote :0) I see other finalist doing it and I think a little reminder is a good thing :0).
I voted for you, I think your quilt and how you took your picture to showcase the quilt are both terrific.
Good luck and Happy Sewing
