Interior shots not so easy

Inside shots of the tree house are not so easy.

I should have used my wide angle lens but I was too lazy to climb down and get it. Totally lame. I know.

But it might be just as well because when the girls found out I took photos of the inside they were mortified. They wanted it to be completely finished before I did such a thing.

Sheesh.

Anywho. (My grandma used to say that all the time. She would also tell people that were standing when she was sitting to, "Sit down before you fall down". That saying always made me laugh in an uncomfortable nervous kind of way. I don't know why. Anywho. I digress.)

This is the entrance when it is open.

And when it is closed.

Razor is going to complete the inside bench and the porch railings this weekend. I promise to take better shots then. Of course I'll have to get permission first . . .

It's amazing! What an awesome hubby you have!

Tell the girls it's like HGTV when we get to see the houses before and after!

i LOVE it! I love the window - I have an old window like that hanging in my house. Maybe one day we can put it in a treehouse.

I'm jealous of your treehouse! That's the one big thing against living where we do in the suburbs...no treehouse possibilities!

Totally cute. We are planning a playhouse, on the ground-ish, though.

I thought this post was about the outside. Ha! Just shows I can't read. I love it! I must somehow figure out how to make my daughter a tree house. It's just one of those things I think you must have as a child...even if I didn't have one. But I'm sure I was missing out! I love that your girls don't want you showing us till it's all done. Such little women! :)
