Arkansas Crossroads Quilt

Well lookie there, I made a quilt this summer.  Granted it's not bound yet but when I got it back from The Back Porch Quilters I trimmed it up and ran it outside to photograph before even thinking about binding it.  This is made with a traditional Arkansas Crossroads block pattern.  Usually the X's are all one solid color but I made those scrappy too.  Both to use what I had on hand and because that seems to be my style this year.

I've got a stack of voile waiting to be turned into pillowcases.  And a few quilts in the works too.  I just need to find my sewing groove again.  If you see it, will you send it my way? Thanks.

You should be mighty proud if this is the only quilt you make this Summer. Gorgeous!

Keep an eye out for my groove also. : )

What a fun happy quilt. Maybe our quilting grooves ran away together, on a short vacation.

Love the scrappy look! Stroke the voile for a while, that should bring your groove back!

Beautiful quilt!
Thinking your groove might find it's way home about the time the girls find their way back to school. Maybe.

Your sewing groove is probably hiding out with my mojo....where did they run off to???

Love this scrappy quilt, what a delightful pop of colors.

Happy Sewing...maybe I'll run up to my sewing room right now and give it a whirl.

My sewing groove/mojo must be with yours and Kim's. If I spot them I will send all them all home so we can sew.
Love the bright happy scrappy quilt.
