Hey Dana, how lucky what were the chance of finding a match to your previous find. I love them, love thrift store finds.
I love thrift stores and in California we have a lot of them. Great way to get fabric. It is amazing, you get sheets, shirts, curtains, dresses, all great for fabric for quilting. My problem is, I buy even if I don't need. Oh well, great bargins.Cindy A.T.
Wow, that is one lucky find...or finds. Such a pretty pattern.
What great finds! There is something so cheerful about the blue.
those are adorable! I love that you have the glasses to match! I swear we have the worst thrift store here. I'm hoping for better luck when we move!
How perfect is that? I love Thrift Stores too! Cute set :)Sharon
lucky you with those glasses!! I have about a hundred pieces of the set. Several of my glasses have been broken, unfortunately. I believe I'm only missing the butter plate and cover and the tea pot. Enjoy!!
Yum! Who is the maker?
I knew we were kindred souls....I have ONE plate just like that and I love it soooo Many years ago when we cleaned out my grandma's place getting her ready to move into a nursing home I came across that one plate and it has been a favorite ever since....that is our birthday cake plate! Getting ready to put another cake on it this weekend since we will be celebrating 4 birthdays on Saturday!!:)
Very cute dishes......probably look better with a cinnamon roll on a plate.....how are those cinnamon roll recipes coming along anyway?I can't believe all those folks entered to win the thread.......man! I'm still hoping its me :0) Happy sewing
Those were definitely the dishes my mom had. We lived in the St. Louis area, if that makes any difference. We had them for years and years until she replace them with an all brown pattern.
A little jealous of the dish set there girlie. So super cute! And glasses to match. I would say you hit the motherload!!
How lucky is that!?! Love the pattern!Leslie
My mom has one platter in that pattern. I covet it!!! :-) Lucky you!
How stinkin cute! How fun to find the matching dishes, especially years later!I did that once with some plates, only it was the same day at two different places. One store had 4 dinner plates and another store had 4 dessert plates.

Great set! How stinkin' cute are they! Love them...
What a lucky find. Love the colour and pattern.
My mother has this set, but it's not in great shape. It was used a lot and loved. I don't think there are any glasses left. I'll have to ask her where and when she bought them.
The whole set is FAB! What is the pattern name? (well if you don't mind sharing) You know I secretly want to be just like you LOL!

AWESOME!! You must have some great thrift stores near you or some great luck. I never find big sets like that. I have a wonderfully hideous mash up of dishes though because I can never pass them up.
